Check list of the Heteroptera of Europe

Preface

This check list has been prepared by Gaby Viskens, a member of the Entomological Society of Antwerp, Belgium. The purpose of this check list is to resolve synonymy related problems. Typical example : given a taxon name, verify whether or not it is currently valid and if not what is its currently valid name.

It is a provisional edition that is far from completion and it contains still a lot of mistakes. :-(
Any comments, remarks, suggestions, etc to improve the quality of this list are welcome at frans@sebb.bel.alcatel.be

Special thanks to Gordon Ramel who has been so kind to integrate this checklist into his entomological web site.
